  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Oil Trader — someone capable of executing large‑scale trades both independently and as part of a team — to help expand our trading portfolio and drive greater trading volume for the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Oil Trader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our trading operations. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Executing Profitable Trades: Use your established industry network to drive profitable physical trades across global oil markets.
  • Identifying New Opportunities: Understand and contribute to the business strategy by spotting emerging trends, future markets, and new client opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to support the desk and contribute insights that will inform internal reports and decision‑making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring regular contact and effective management of daily trading activities.
  • Support Policy Development: Work closely with senior management to help shape sector‑related policies and procedures that align with market demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk & Compliance: Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance by adhering to company policies and working closely with regulators and exchanges.
  • Judgment and Integrity: Exercise sound judgment and act with integrity, skill, and diligence, ensuring all trading activities are compliant with regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8 years in international oil & gas trade, with a deep understanding of industry trends and trading processes.
  • A well‑established network of industry clients and key contacts within the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong familiarity with international fuel oil trading processes and the regulations governing this industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant office software to manage data and reports effectively.
