Our client, a reputable semi fine-dining French restaurant, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations, elevate guest experience, and develop a high‑performing service team.
This role is ideal for an Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH operations to deliver exceptional French dining service standards.
Lead, train, and mentor service staff to ensure consistent excellence.
Manage reservations, guest relations, and service recovery.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Uphold brand standards, wine service etiquette, and menu knowledge.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing procedures.
Support marketing or special event coordination where required.
Must be French, French Singapore PR with the ability to communicate in English and French to liaise with guests and team members.
Minimum 6 years of relevant F&B experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong background in fine dining or semi fine‑dining service.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer‑service skills.
Positive attitude, professional grooming, and a passion for hospitality.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
6‑day work week
Shift hours based on restaurant operations (lunch/dinner service).
