Job summary

A leading distributor in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive business development in the FMCG and HORECA sectors. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a related field, possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry.
  • Experience in Export Sales is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FMCG or HORECA sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
