Job summary

A top single-family office in Singapore is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of their luxury residential properties. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years in hospitality, demonstrating strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest services effectively. This role requires engagement with English and Mandarin-speaking residents, as well as possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Responsibilities include managing service interactions, vendor oversight, and fulfilling resident needs.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in hospitality as Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager.
  • Must engage effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all estate guests and residents.
  • Implement Five-Star Hotel Front Office standards for service interactions.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest/resident needs promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee and manage external vendors such as cleaning and maintenance contractors.
