Role Overview

The Finance Specialist will play a key role in providing timely, relevant, and accurate financial information and analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making. The role focuses on enhancing visibility of key business metrics, enabling efficient data extraction and visualization, and delivering meaningful insights that contribute to the company’s sustainable and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Business Insights

• Deliver actionable insights, identify key focus areas, and conduct simulations to help site management optimize cost levels in line with forecasted business activity.

• Track financial performance monthly and follow up on action plans with cross‑functional site teams.

• Provide visibility of improvement initiatives to the global manufacturing team.

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Support the adoption and effective use of BI tools, especially Power BI.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and Power Query models to improve efficiency in data extraction and visualization.

Data Architecture & Automation

• Understand diverse internal and external data sources and their underlying architecture.

• Integrate multiple data sources to enable automation of financial workflows and business analysis.

• Enhance financial reporting by leveraging large datasets to track performance against targets and identify trends.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting processes.

• Develop and maintain templates that support end‑to‑end planning and forecasting activities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders across business units, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, and Group Support Functions.

• Participate in business projects that require financial expertise and analytical support.

Margin & Performance Analysis

• Conduct price, mix, and volume analysis to support margin improvement initiatives.

• Provide clear and concise executive summaries for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 8 years of relevant Finance experience, including a minimum of 6 years in FP&A.

• Strong financial, quantitative, and analytical skill set.

• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks or processes and deliver them from start to finish.

• Demonstrated experience in translating complex financial data into clear and meaningful insights.

• Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.

• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage.

• Strong self‑management skills, including the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
