Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in accounting & finance.
• At least 5 years in leading finance operations/shared services.
• Proven experience in managing finance transactional processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transactional services including AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets.
• Ensure consistent service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation in finance operations.
