The Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced finance leader to oversee and enhance our financial operations. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of finance operations including payroll, payments, and credit control

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support business goals

• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and accruals

• Strengthen internal controls and proactively identify financial risks with mitigation plans

• Drive operational transformation while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations

• Manage payroll budgeting and ensure alignment with organizational needs

• Oversee the implementation of financial systems such as SAP to improve reporting and efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

What Are We Looking For?

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in commercial or professional accounting environments

• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance

• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear insights to stakeholders

• Experience in implementing and managing financial systems, especially SAP

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong understanding of payroll budgeting and financial planning

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
