Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with departments to collate and rationalize requirements.
  • Simulate projected and budgeted financials.
  • Work with project teams on Capex and Opex budgeting.
  • Prepare and submit budget templates.
  • Create budget papers and presentation slides.
  • Upload the approved budget into financial systems.
  • Communicate approved budgets to departments.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Monitor project status of Capex and Opex.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budget.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
  • Submit monthly report templates and presentations.
  • Update reports for decision-making support.
  • Address cluster’s queries and requests.
  • Prepare reports for government agencies.
  • Evaluate lease contracts for compliance.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Approve Purchase Requisitions and Payment Requests.
  • Review and implement Finance SOPs.
  • Assist with workplace improvement projects.
  • Involve in workplace improvement projects/activities as and when required.
