• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, filings, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Manage documentation, corporate filings, contracts, and internal SOPs.
• Liaise with tenants on rental matters and maintain tenancy schedules.

• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
