Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore seeks a Finance & Accounts Support officer to prepare sales invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and assist with administrative tasks. Finance & Accounts Support
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and service fee billings using Xero
  • Monitor accounts receivable and perform timely follow-up on overdue payments with clients
  • Reconcile incoming payments with issued invoices and maintain accurate client billing records
  • Assist in generating monthly AR ageing reports and revenue tracking summaries
  • Liaise with clients on invoice clarifications and outstanding matters
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including preparation of welcome packs and document coordination
  • Liaise with internal department leads (e.g. accounting, tax, secretarial) for routine admin follow-ups
  • Perform routine chasers for accounting documents, verify submissions, and update company systems
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner at the office
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant personnel appropriately
  • Sort and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily
  • Assist in filing, scanning, and photocopying of accounting and corporate documents
  • Provide coverage and support for other administrative staff (e.g. during leave or peak periods)
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
