Job description

A growing PERE with AUM above $9bn is seeking a Finance Manager, reporting to the Financial Lead, to ensure accurate financial reporting, including tax assessments, for the Group and funds managed by the Group.

This is a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance across all finance‑related activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the financial system and collaborate with the team to achieve financial accuracy and transparency.
• Handle monthly financial reporting and analysis for both funds and group level; provide trends and insights to the Financial Lead and CFO.
• Participate in annual forecast and ongoing budgeting, and oversee all accounting and tax compliance related to the Group’s funds, including fund performance, distributions, and tax filings.
• Support risk management by implementing risk mitigation strategies, and manage special projects such as setting up new funds, loan refinancing, process improvements, and other finance‑related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with a background in PERE.
• More than 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi is a plus.
