Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and financial reporting to management
Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (e.g. reviewing work performed by finance team, GL entries and intercompany invoicing)
Lead the annual audit and tax preparation including liaison and co-ordination with external auditors and tax agents
Ensure compliance with all finance statutory requirements (e.g. audit, income tax, GST, anti-money laundering and etc) and internal policies
Establish and review internal control procedures and process improvement including leading new process / system implementation
Prepare annual budgeting and bi-yearly forecasting and any ad hoc business review / analysis
Business partner with the various stakeholders to meet financial targets
Coach and develop Finance team
