Primary Responsibilities

This role is accountable for all activities of accounting functions in WuXi XDC Group.

General Ledger Management and Review
  • Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy
  • Ensure all transactions comply with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
  • Supervise the quality of accounting activities in sub-ledgers (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets).
  • Establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure reliability of financial reporting
Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and submit accurate, compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and statutory financial statements on schedule
  • Perform financial data analysis, providing insightful interpretations to support management
Financial Project Development and Optimization
  • Identify, lead or participate in key financial process improvement, system upgrades, or the
  • Development of financial tools
  • Continuously seek innovative methods to enhance finance efficiency, data quality and analytical capabilities
Team Collaboration and Supervision
  • Coordinate and Assist in Internal and External Auditing
  • Participate in special projects as requested
