Qualifications

• 5+ years finance experience, preferably in in-house / corporate roles.
• Strong in financial reporting, tax, and internal controls.
• Experience with listed-company standards; PRC GAAP & IFRS required.
• CPA / ACCA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, tax filings, and internal controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

Well-established China A-share listed group with international operations.

Singapore entity acts as regional platform, reporting directly to Group HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting & compliance – Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, tax filings, and internal controls.

• Group reporting & consolidation – Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports aligned with PRC GAAP, IFRS, and SG standards.

• Budgeting & analysis – Lead budgeting, monthly performance review, and financial insights for management.

• Tax & regulatory – Manage corporate tax, GST, audits, and liaison with regulators/advisors.

• Finance operations – Improve processes, systems, and manage the local finance team.

Requirements / Profile

• 5+ years finance experience, preferably in in-house / corporate roles.

• Strong in financial reporting, tax, and internal controls.

• Experience with listed-company standards; PRC GAAP & IFRS required (SG GAAP a plus).

• CPA / ACCA preferred; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
