• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
• Drive internal control improvements and system implementations.

Job description

Office location: Alexandra Rd
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and performance reporting.

Oversee group financial accounting, consolidation, taxation, and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BCA, ACRA, IRAS, URA).

Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretaries, and tax authorities.

Establish strong internal controls and drive process improvements.

Manage financial systems, accounting policies, and system implementations.

Lead and develop the finance team, including training and mentoring.

Provide financial analysis and support for management decision-making.

Oversee payroll and intercompany transactions.
