Job summary

A leading manpower firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance manager to lead the finance team and oversee financial operations. Job description

At least 10 years experience in F&B industry

· Willing to work on holidays / work on shifts / change of shift

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, and GL functions
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions
• Monitor financial performance against KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, tax filings, and audit processes
• Implement and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Support business expansion projects such as new outlets, franchising, or investments
• Provide financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability across outlets

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CFA)
• Skilled in Python for financial data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• At least 5–8 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
• Prior experience in the retail or F&B industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar)
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
