Proficiency in Singaporean financial regulations is essential. This role involves independent management of full finance functions and preparation of statutory filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience for Finance Manager position.
• Prior experience in property management or MCST environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings.
• Liaise with external auditors and vendors.
• Assist in budget preparation and cash flow management.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for management support.
