• Handle full spectrum of finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, operational, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in logistics for support operations.
• Maintain and update all documents in office and file server.
• Assist in corporate reporting and arrangements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of finance, accounting, auditing, taxation (including GST), operational, administrative and full set of accounts using MS Dynamic Navision/Excel, monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities & reports, of subsidiary companies.
• Assist in logistics for support operations of group entity carried out in Singapore.
• Proper maintenance and updating of all documents in office and file server.
• Assist in various corporate reporting and where required, in annual report/circulars, corporate meetings & report preparations and arrangements, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications / Attributes

• Proactive, committed and able to work in fast paced, high volume processing working environment and willing to work for long hours when required.
• Meticulous with a strong attention to details.

Working hours

9 am to 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
