Job description
    As a Data Management & Entry specialist, your primary responsibility will be to accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain precise records within our internal systems. You will meticulously verify transactions, applications, and documentation according to established protocols. Efficiently handling all documentation, filing, and essential backend processing tasks will be crucial to support operational flow. You will play a key role in assisting with the preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide timely insights. Effective coordination with front-office, finance, and compliance teams will be necessary to ensure smooth information exchange and cross-functional alignment. Monitoring incoming emails, promptly responding to queries, and maintaining confidentiality and data security standards are essential aspects of this role.In addition to the core responsibilities, prior experience in the NBFC or P2P industry is highly preferred. A good typing speed along with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential qualities for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), will be valuable assets in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.As a member of our team, you will provide essential support for audits and various administrative functions as required to ensure operational efficiency.
