Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized temporary staff to support finance operations and system enhancements. The role involves assisting with budget process refinement, system testing, and other ad-hoc finance duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Populate data from old templates into new templates and assist with documentation of new reviews
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for configuration changes in the finance system
  • Support year-end closing activities
  • Assist with Fixed Asset stocktake and review processes
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
