About the role

Oohray Group Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Providing general office and administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and handling general inquiries
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
  • Providing support and ad-hoc tasks as required
  • We welcome fresh graduates
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office productivity tools would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
