Job summary
A leading equipment maintenance company in Singapore is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, diagnose issues, and ensure equipment operates according to specifications. Candidates should have relevant experience or be ITE graduates in Automotive Engineering. A Class 3 driving license is required, along with basic knowledge of electrical systems and hydraulics. This position requires willingness to work a 5.5 day work week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Possession of Class 3 driving license required.
- Familiarity with handling electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment inspections to identify potential problems and safety concerns.
- Conduct diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis on equipment.
- Replace and repair faulty components on equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform equipment inspections to identify potential problems and safety concerns
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and failure analysis on all components and systems of the equipment.
- Isolates equipment malfunctions.
- Replace and/or repair faulty components and systems on equipment.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run according to manufacturer's specifications
- Maintain parts and supplies needed for job completion
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicle is in safe operating condition
- Maintain a culture of safety & participate in all safety meetings
- Responsible for properly and accurately filling out all job cards in service CRM
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Responsible for maintaining all tools are in safe working conditions
- Picks up parts and performs other tasks as assigned
- Return un-use parts to the service coordinator/CSS
- Return faulty parts to the workshop team leader
- Complete basic and advanced technical training as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min ITE graduates in Automotive Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- ITE graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Possesses class 3 driving license
- Able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Familiar with hand and power tool operation
- Have experience in handling electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines
- Basic knowledge and ability to use desktop and mobile PCs
- Willing to work at Loyang
- Willing to work for 5.5 day work week
