Job summary

A logistics service provider in Singapore is seeking an individual to support day-to-day logistics operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring shipments, preparing documentation for import/export, assisting customers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics operation, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
• Prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment.
• Perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.
• Assist in customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• Upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately.
• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company policy & procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
