• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand positioning.
• Build, lead, and develop a motivated store team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Ensure smooth daily operations including stock control, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy in line with company guidelines.
• Plan staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fashion retail experience with at least 2 years as a Store Manager.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to deliver sales results.
• Confident people leader with strong communication skills.
