Overview

Join our dynamic team at NHGP as a Family Physician, where you will play a vital role in our Teamlet care model, which focuses on relationship-based care to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous support for patients with chronic diseases. In this position, you will be responsible for the clinical management of patients, conducting thorough assessments and investigations to ensure accurate diagnoses, prescribing medications, and developing tailored management plans while upholding patient confidentiality. You will also have the opportunity to train and supervise junior doctors, lead CME talks and tutorials, and facilitate induction lectures for new team members. Additionally, you will engage in quality improvement and research projects, serve as a Specialty Advisor for common disease management in Primary Care, oversee clinic training materials, and contribute to the clinic’s clinical audit programme.

Requirements

  • Strong clinical and management skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
