5 days ( Monday – Friday )

Location: Ubi

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day facilities operations to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage facilities staff and contractors to ensure smooth and safe site activities.
• Plan and oversee maintenance schedules; provide hands‑on support when needed.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
• Review workflows and recommend improvements for better efficiency.
• Track maintenance progress, verify completed works, and prepare reports for billing.
• Ensure all work permits, safety documents, and compliance records are properly submitted and maintained.
• Conduct regular site inspections and update management on work status and performance.
