What you'll be doing
Leadership & Supervision
  • Oversees and guides facilities staff to ensure the delivery of exemplary service and that all routine services meet established performance standards, in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Organizes team structure by defining roles and responsibilities and managing workflow for operational efficiency
Operational Management
  • Plans and executes approved Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, as well as maintenance and repair requests
  • Ensures efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints in all facilities-related activities
  • Performs any other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and organizational objectives
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensures strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Implements and monitors standard operating procedures to uphold quality and safety standards
Safety & Security
  • Assists in managing security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
Educational Qualification
  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities / Building / Estate Management or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
