Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant handyman/maintenance experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle moving, lifting, and manual tasks.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and general maintenance work on various systems.
• Carry out installation and assembly work.
• Move and set up store fixtures as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise contractor works to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable individual to support our outlets with repairs, maintenance, and installation work. If you have basic technical knowledge, enjoy problem-solving, and are physically fit to handle manual tasks, this role offers you a stable position with regular working hours and a chance to keep our facilities running smoothly.

Working days

Monday - Friday, Saturday half-day

Working hours

10.00AM - 7.00PM (Mon-Fri), 9.00AM - 1.00PM (Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and general maintenance work on various systems, including M& E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry
• Carry out installation and assembly work
• Move and set up store fixtures as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Supervise contractor works to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge in M& E, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, or carpentry work
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant handyman/maintenance experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle moving, lifting, and manual tasks
