• 5+ years of IFM property management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering operations and vendor subcontractors in Singapore.
• Lead operations and provide training for coworkers and subcontractors.
• Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program.

Skills
