Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant post-graduation experience in facilities management.
  • Trained in Safety Induction Course (SIC).
  • Demonstrates strong Workplace Safety and Health behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities management.
  • Provide technical advice for rectification works.
  • Liaise with contractors for corrective actions.
  • Investigate root causes of breakdowns and report faults.
  • Plan and execute yearly maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
