Job description
Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic facilities improvement initiatives that elevate operational excellence, ensuring full alignment with quality, safety, and contractual requirements

Ensure optimal performance and reliability of plant, building, and critical infrastructure systems through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Facilities Management team, fostering capability development through coaching, training, and structured performance reviews

Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects, manage procurement, and resolve issues efficiently

Partner with the Head of Department on planning and decision-making, and act as Deputy when required to ensure continuity of leadership and operations

Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and statutory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance across facilities operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, operationally critical environment
  • Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage, particularly in managing mission‑critical facilities and compliance‑driven operations
