Job summary

A leading F&B and retail company in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive responsible for coordinating orders, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory records. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of purchasing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong knowledge of inventory management. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package of up to SGD 3600 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outlet Managers in ordering products and supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms.
• Conduct market research for value-added products.
• Maintain supplier and inventory records.
• Prepare analytical reports on inventory operations.
