Job Summary:

The F&B Marketing Specialist is responsible for building brand visibility, relevance, and demand for the hotel’s food and beverage offerings through strong PR, strategic partnerships, and experiential activations. The role works closely with the Executive Chef and F&B operations team to translate culinary vision into compelling brand stories, collaborations, and guest experiences that drive footfall, covers, and spend.

Areas of Focus:

Strengthen the hotel’s F&B brand through media exposure, partnerships, and experience‑led marketing. Develop meaningful collaborations and activations that enhance positioning, generate buzz, and deliver commercial results.

Responsibilities / Duties:

F&B PR & Brand Storytelling

  • Drive PR initiatives for F&B outlets, menus, chefs, and dining experiences.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, tastemakers, and lifestyle platforms.

  • Develop compelling narratives around culinary concepts, chef stories, seasonal launches, and special events.

Brand Partnerships & Activations

  • Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with lifestyle brands, corporates, creators, and communities.

  • Conceptualise and execute F&B‑led activations that translate into memorable guest experiences.

  • Structure collaborations that deliver both brand exposure and revenue impact.

Chef & Operations Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to translate menus and concepts into marketable stories.

  • Partner with F&B operations to ensure activations are operationally sound and guest‑ready.

  • Act as the bridge between creative marketing ideas and practical execution on the ground.

Experience & Campaign Development

  • Build F&B experiences that go beyond promotions—focusing on storytelling, ambience, and engagement.

  • Support launches of new menus, pop‑ups, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track PR coverage, partnership outcomes, activation performance, and guest response.

  • Provide post‑activation reviews and recommendations for future initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in F&B marketing, PR, partnerships, or lifestyle brand marketing.

  • Strong PR instincts with the ability to secure meaningful coverage and build long‑term media relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience in brand partnerships and activations.

  • Comfortable working closely with chefs and F&B operations teams.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

  • Creative yet commercially minded; understands how experiences translate into revenue.

  • Experience in hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle brands will be highly preferred.
