Overview

We are seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant to join our vibrant team at ATH.ISA Cafe.

What you\'ll be doing

1. Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring accurate order processing
3. Serving meals and refreshments to customers in a timely manner
4. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies
5. Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed
6. May need to handle pork
7. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we\'re looking for

1. Fresh graduates with good attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome
2. Previous experience in F&B role, customer service or hospitality role, will be an advantage
3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
5. Five day work week. Able to work during evenings, weekend and public holidays.
