Overview
JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the HOD and the Programmes teams to develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and for account servicing to ensure seamless execution and effective stakeholder collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with the organisational goals of the Singapore Red Cross.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- End-to-End Campaign execution: Work closely with the Programmes team to develop, plan and execute innovative marketing plans (socials, partners, outreach events, paid ads and publicity) to promote campaigns, new initiatives, events, roadshows and partnerships according to timeline.
- Market Research: Staying on trend and conducting market research and analysis to identify relevant target audiences, media channels, and trends
- Collaboration with Partners: Acquire brand partnerships and manage relationships, working with freelancers / partners / agencies / volunteers for smooth and timely delivery of campaigns. Work closely with Marcoms team members to maximise and amplify causes-marketing.
- Budget & Timeline: Planning and managing allocated marketing campaign budget and timeline effectively
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
Marcomms Support (Account Servicing)
- Key Liaison: Act as a key contact and provide marketing communications support to assigned Programme teams - understanding their objectives, challenges and communication needs to tailor marketing support
- Provide Support: Provide expert marcoms solutions (writing / copyediting) to assist Programmes to achieve its goals, ensuring alignment with overcall brand and campaign strategies
- Oversee Content: Oversee the creation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, eDMs, website and print materials
- Manage Relationship: Build strong relationships with teams, ensuring seamless coordination, alignment of expectations, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Intern & Volunteer Management
- Managing of interns to to leverage on their skills to enhance our marketing campaigns
- Provide supervision, guidance and feedback, ensuring that have the support they need to succeed in their roles
- Develop team of skills-based volunteers to support marketing efforts
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communications/Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the field of Marketing. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a senior role that would assume a higher responsibility. Excellent written and spoken communications skills in both English and a 2nd language to proofread marketing materials
- Knowledge and experience in planning, executing and managing Paid Digital Media Platforms (Search, Display, Social) and proven ability to manage campaigns from start to finish, driving awareness, engagement and conversions
- Experience with graphic design tools is a huge plus
