About the Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will help leading organisations identify and attract top professional and leadership talent. This role is ideal for graduates who are curious about people, businesses, and how careers are built. You will be trained in consultative recruitment, market mapping, candidate assessment, and client engagement.

You won’t just be filling roles. You’ll be learning how industries work, how leaders think, and how to influence outcomes through insight and relationships.

Responsibilities
Talent Research & Sourcing
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential candidates across industries
  • Learn how to map talent markets and competitor landscapes
  • Approach candidates professionally via LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach
Candidate Engagement
  • Speak with candidates to understand their career aspirations, skills, and motivations
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews
  • Guide candidates through interview processes and career decisions
Client Support
  • Help prepare candidate profiles and shortlists for clients
  • Learn how to understand client needs, organisational structures, and hiring strategies
