Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist with scholarship-related duties at Nanyang Polytechnic. Enjoy a contract position responsible for processing applications, coordinating interviews, and managing the NYP Scholarship Ceremony. Ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling detailed administrative tasks. The role offers a salary of $2580 and working hours from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Job description

This position will starts off as about 8 months contract.

Location: Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

Scholarship-related duties

  • Process and maintain scholarship applications, data, and documentation.

  • Coordinate interviews, prepare evaluation materials, and update outcomes.

  • Draft award letters, certificates, and notifications.

  • Plan and execute the NYP Scholarship Ceremony, including logistics, guest management, and on-site coordination.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including media teams for event videos.

NYP Education Fund-related duties

  • Prepare bursary recipient reports for donor reporting.

Edusave-related duties

  • Collate and verify award nominations, recipient lists, and student addresses.

  • Support reporting and coordination with MOE for returned certificates.

  • Manage front desk administration and respond to Edusave-related enquiries.

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

$2580
