  • Manage daily Sales Administration Operations
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Customers on their purchase requirements.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders as part of the sales administration process.
  • Prepare costing and quotations.
  • Process Customer’s orders.
  • Manage orders allocation.
  • Orders processing orders to various vendors.
  • Handle the export shipment process.
  • Generate invoices and prompt customers for timely payment collection.
  • Monitor and generate shipment forecasts to share with the department.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Person Specifications
  • A degree/diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or relevant.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Ability to travel as and when needed for business.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
