Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the online presence of Stellar Lifestyle and Stellar Ace. This role is designed to enhance the brands' visibility, engage with key audiences, and drive brand awareness through digital marketing, social media, and content creation. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the website, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and managing social media platforms to create an impactful online presence for both brands.

Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the Stellar Lifestyle and Stellar Ace websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve brand positioning, and drive conversions through SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships, promotions, and online events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics for digital marketing efforts and social media campaigns, analysing data to drive future improvements and strategies.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of creative content, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, both online and offline, maintain consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone that reflects the brands' core values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales teams, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in brand and marketing communications, with a focus on digital marketing and social media is preferred.
  • Proven experience in website management, social media content creation, and digital advertising is preferred.
  • Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on marketing performance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing tools, and content management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in the lifestyle, fashion, or retail sector is a plus but not required.
