Job summary

A regional food and beverage company based in Singapore is looking for an HR professional to support their talent management program. Responsibilities include creating reports and facilitating sessions with business leaders. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partner or Talent Management role.
  • IHRP certification will be an advantage.
  • Some HR experience in F&B, Retail or fast-paced industry will be an advantage.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries of succession pipelines.
  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating talent calibration sessions.

Job Description
  • Support talent management program, including talent identification, talent development, succession planning process and leadership development across business units for local and regional businesses
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries of succession pipelines and development progress
  • Assist in scheduling and facilitating talent calibration sessions with business leaders, talent management council and HRBPs
  • Follow up on development actions or stretch assignments identified during reviews
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) — such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development to support the implementation of regional HR programs, policies and best practices
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and partnering with the regional HR teams and assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring consistency across teams
  • Support learning and development programs, including leadership and high-potential development initiatives
  • Assist to coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews
  • Provide administrative and operational HR partnership to support business leaders across multiple countries
Job Specification
