Job summary

A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking to hire an HR Assistant to support HR digitisation projects, manage administrative tasks, and assist in recruitment activities. Candidates should have a diploma in HR or related fields, with at least 1 year of HR experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS systems are preferred. Monthly remuneration will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR digitisation projects, including system implementations and enhancements.
• Assist in data preparation, migration, and system testing activities.
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities ensuring completion of new hire checklists.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support HR digitisation projects, including system implementations and enhancements
• Assist in data preparation, migration, and system testing activities
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and record maintenance
• Support recruitment, onboarding activities and ensure completion of all new hire checklists and documentation
• Analyse current HR processes and recommend opportunities for digital improvement
• Support employee lifecycle processes such as probation, contract renewals, and offboarding
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by JCU Singapore

Key selection criteria

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite preferred
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
