The incumbent will drive operational excellence through standardising processes and building strong team dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end employee life-cycle HR transactions
  • Manage employee data and maintain accuracy in the HRIS system
  • Handle HR queries from employees
  • Support payroll processing
  • Generate HR analytics reports and dashboards on key metrics to support data-driven decision making
  • Support HR compliance and audit requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines
  • Liaise with healthcare regulatory bodies for medical registration matters
  • Review, streamline and implement standardised HR processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
