Job description

We are looking for an Event Management Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the full cycle of event planning and operations — from pre-production to on-site execution — for mall activations, brand experiences, and large-scale creative events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced environments, hands‑on work, and contributing to meaningful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute end‑to‑end event operations for multiple events and activations
  • Source and liaise with event vendors, suppliers, talents, production teams, and logistics partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, tenders, costing, and presentation materials.
  • Provide on‑site event support including set‑up, show operations, crowd management, and teardown.
  • Manage administrative tasks, event documentation, procurement, and project tracking.
  • Support sourcing, QC, and fulfilment of corporate gifts, merchandise, and premiums.
  • Assist with basic shipping, delivery coordination, and logistics management.
  • Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changes during event execution.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required in a dynamic event and creative environment.
  • Occasional weekend or late‑night deployment required.
