A leading insurance firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for policy servicing transactions. The role involves delivering quality customer service, processing transactions, and managing operational issues. Ideal candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in insurance operations and have a strong customer focus. Attractive remuneration includes a performance bonus and benefits.
This role exists to handle policy servicing transaction and deliver quality customer service. The key result indicators for this role are: • Provide excellent customer service to policy owner, business partner and public through various means including but not limited to letter, email, audio/video call, in person meeting, etc. • Process policy servicing transaction independently with zero error and within target turnaround time. • Report and escalate any daily operations issues and propose feasible solution for management review. • Manage the file retention and destruction process.
