Job description
Executive - Content and Digital Marketing
[8-month Contract Position]

SINDA is looking for a motivated individual to join the marketing team and support the organisation’s digital marketing efforts. This includes implementing digital efforts, managing digital platforms to drive optimal adoption of SINDA’s programmes and planning and producing marketing content.

Job Responsibilities
Marketing content generation, with a focus on video production

· Film and produce engaging video content for social media platforms

· Contribute to content creation for website, social media channels and EDMs

· Produce or coordinate the production of engaging marketing video content

Digital marketing and maintenance of digital platforms

· Support digital marketing strategies for the organisation

· Support the management of the organisation’s website and plan and implement related projects

· Create appropriate website content, aligned with the organisation’s strategy

Measurement of content marketing campaigns

· Compile reports of content performance and results

· Improve new content using data and feedback

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass communications/Digital Marketing/Videography
  • Relevant knowledge of local marketing industry, platforms and strategies
  • Intermediate knowledge of video-editing software
  • Have good aesthetic sense and able to produce content on demand
  • Good communication and business writing skills
  • Effectively bilingual (English & Tamil) for content production needs
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good organisational, project management and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders across various levels
  • Flexible in working on weekday evenings and weekends and in outdoor settings, when required (will be compensated with time-off)
  • Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required (will be compensated with time-off / Off in Lieu)
