Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Senior Manager – Community Engagement and the Management Council.
  • Review, manage and process applications for interest-free study loans.
  • Prepare and present reports on loan disbursements, repayments, and defaults.
  • Maintain accurate student records, loan agreements, and repayment data using the Student Relationship Management (SRM) system.
  • Prepare reports for grant disbursements and SINDA FSC referrals.
  • Apply for government and other external grants to support office initiatives and projects.
  • Support the Assistant Manager in preparing donor progress reports by providing repayment figures and confirming committed, utilised, and unutilised fund balances.
  • Assist with general secretariat operations and office administration.
  • Coordinate and maintain IT systems, assist with infrastructure updates, and liaise with vendors on new IT implementations and enhancements.
  • Support the execution of office functions and community engagement events.
  • Liaise with auditors, manage internal documentation, and coordinate with the bookkeeper on audit-related matters.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero and general IT systems.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
