A leader who oversees the entire project lifecycle, driving strategy, financial health, and team performance to meet company goals and client expectations, focusing on big-picture goals like budget, quality, timelines, stakeholder relations, and risk management, not just day-to-day tasks

. They bridge upper management with project teams, ensuring projects are profitable, innovative, compliant, and delivered with high quality and safety standards, handling major contracts, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develops strategic plans, sets goals, and ensures projects align with company objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversees budgets, approves major spending, manages costs, and ensures project profitability.
  • Project Oversight: Guides project teams (PMs, Superintendents) through planning, execution, and closing, monitoring progress, quality, and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Risk & Compliance: Manages risks, ensures safety policies, and monitors regulatory compliance.
  • Innovation: Promotes new technologies and sustainable practices in projects.
Core Duties
  • Communicate with upper management and report on performance metrics.
  • Approve bids, contracts, and spending levels.
  • Hire, train, and lead project management staff.
