Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 7 OS.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Desktop Devices incidents through to resolution.
• Provide support and maintenance for Desktop Devices.
• Monitor security compliance on all Desktop Devices.

Skills

Knowledge of Windows 7 OS

Expertise in EUC tools

Remote support tools

MS Office and Outlook

Education

Associate degree in electronics or equivalent
