Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of ERP support experience, preferably SYSPRO.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for ERP users.
• Develop and enhance ERP customization, workflows, scripts, and reports.
• Integrate ERP with labelling systems and API-driven software.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
• Support stock take and improve inventory accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to automate workflows.
• Assist in system integrations and ad-hoc IT/ERP projects.
