Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for an ECO to manage environmental compliance during projects. The candidate must have experience with LTA/HDB BTO project requirements and hold a Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures. Responsibilities include compiling site data on resource consumption, managing concrete waste, and ensuring noise control measures are reported to authorities. Qualifications

• Candidate should have work experience in Singapore projects.
• ECO shall compile and submit environmental related data.

Responsibilities

• Compile data on water, electricity, and diesel consumption on site.
• Record concrete wastage on site.
• Submit noise and vectors records to NEA.
• Maintain ECM records for PUB.

Skills

Familiarity with LTA/HDB BTO project requirements

Experience with GGBS audits

Experience with Safety Campaigns

Experience with Environmental Campaigns

Education

Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures (ECM)

Tools

Valid ECO licence

Valid ECMO licence
